1. to upload music (songs/instrumental etc) & Videos first you have to upload them to a site like sendspace.com/mediafire.com/boxnet.com etc and then put the link wich they are giving to you!

2. to uploading a image check thi thread by neon white - http://www.elakiri.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11276

3.If you want to put a video from you tube there is the you tube tab for it
