If anyone gets the message
Titled: "Power Policy Manager unable to reserve hibernate file"
Saying that: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
Enable displaying hidden and system files. Go to Drive C:\ where the file "hiberfil.sys" is located.
Delete it and try to enable hibernation, you will find that hibernation is possible.
If you are suspicious, create a backup of the file and try... either way it is the same...
