Open it up and wait for it to connect.
It will show this:

Now your ip has changed and you can browse the web with protection

Now your safe, but you will get a gay little ad on every page that you visit.
Follow these steps to get rid of that ad:

Download Ad Block Plus for Firefox:

Then, navagate to a page where you can see the banner.

Then click on the big red stop sign to open up the blockable items list.

Find a line that starts with

and looks simular to

Double click on the link and it will open up another box.
Select Custom
Erase All of the details after afw.and put a * after

Apply and Exit!
