Yesterday I went on a quick bike ride from my spot to Ja-Ela. Then I noticed cops posted up at a bunch of places, checking out high-capacity bikes. Some squads were pulling over bikes at checkpoints, especially around Ruwanwella, Urapola, Yakkala, and Gampaha.
