Good on your for being honest. There is no point selling any vehicle via false advertising - bad karma will always catch up to you. I replaced my battery under warranty just before importing the car as it had spent 4 weeks idle on a ship while being imported. I never checked the capacity of the original battery but my importer was good enough to replace it with zero cost for me. Car was on this battery for 5+ years and it was still good when I sold it. It had 28% capacity after 100000km. And it took 3 years to drop 8% from 36-28%. Honda battery capacities seem to work on non linear weird ways - they start out at 75% and can drop until 15% and as the capacities lower the curve of drain seem to flatten out. Anyways last I checked with the buyer, the car was running perfect 6 months later I sold it o nthe same battery. My house is also on a steep hill and this car had no issues climbing it while some other 1300cc vehicles definitely had issues pulling up to our driveway. I was running between Kandy - Colombo twice every week on this 8 times a month which included the Kadugannawa climb. Btw when you had it stalling on the hill, did you try the S gear? Anyways I replied to this thread because the OP obviously had not done any research about this car and I had. Then again I saw him commenting on a thread saying Euro/German vehicles are bad. My current vehicle is German made - now i'm scared because I didnt listen to elakiri experts just like when I bought the FD3.
