Prof. Jayamini seneviraththna told me to never use antibiotics for acne as it could make me vulnerable to other illness instead he asked me to make some dietary changes and prescribed a cheap anti bacterial lotion and few other not very expensive creams. Was very sceptical at first but they worked eventually. With in 3 months could see very good progress now after 1 year of stopping treatment I'm 99 percent acne free. Used to have around 10,15 massive acnes on my upper body. This has totally change my self and my confidence level.</blockquote>
