How can i unlock my Nokia 5310 Xpress music phone?

i'm in Dehiwella, Colombo. i had a problem ? can u tell me a solution?
i updated my phone software (5.2 version to 9.42 version). then i didn't use call or message in my phone. sim card (Dialog) is allowed but, no network coverage. phone is switched on , used music player, games etc.
somebody said "my phone is locked". is it true?
if u know about this matter, plz tell me............

how can i unlocked? Where? Cost?
