If you only have SriLankan IDs this is the way.
My LinkedIn account got temporarily restricted for unknown reasons. I tried verifying my account using a government Id through Persona as they suggested but Persona doesn't support my country so I had to search for other ways.
If Persona doesn't support your Id you should follow these steps.(There are no use submitting queries through those forms in linkedIn support website as they dont work)
First go and follow "LinkedIn Help" in twitter (now X) and submit your email address that registered with the LinkedIn account. They will most likely reply with in an hour (If they don't reply create a post stating your issue and tag "LinkedIn Help").
Then they will ask you about your problem and will reply providing additional option to recover a your account using a legally signed affidavit. Then download print and complete the form as requested.
Then ask them to make a case for you directly with the customer support(security team) as the forms does not work.
Once case is made you will promptly receive a email. Then proceed as instructed. Then they will quickly unrestrict your account within couple of hours.
