They will most likely reply with in an hour (If they don't reply create a post stating your issue and tag "LinkedIn Help").Then they will ask you about your problem and will reply providing additional option to recover a your account using a legally signed affidavit. Then download print and complete the form as requested.Then ask them to make a case for you directly with the customer support(security team) as the forms does not work.Once case is made you will promptly receive a email. Then proceed as instructed. Then they will quickly unrestrict your account within couple of hours.</blockquote>
