The radius of the earth = 6371 km
So the circumference of the earth would be = 2*pi*6371
= 40030 km

For one revolution earth takes = 24 hours
That is = 24*60*60 seconds
= 86400 seconds

So the distance earth travels in a second = 40030 km / 86400 seconds
= 463.3 m

So this meanz a position on earth travels 463.3 meters in a second..
