How often do you clean the inside of your PC

I've cleaned once since I bought mine. I'd say... about once in three months.

Same here. Finally I bought a IDE to USB converter and now I don't have to open the case when a friend comes along with their IDE drive. Good thing most people are still not keen enough to take their SATA drives out
