Anusha said:Damn! Just forgot to mention one problem with Diskeeper 2007. It;s not compatible with Cista. But I found hacked version that works under Vista. try googling it, because I don't have the download link to that.

btw dont start silly threds pls.
I havnt defrag my old 40gb hdd's for last 2yr's or so, its atiresome process and a time waster, thas just wat i thought those days with a low perfomance machine, now i hope to do it atleast 6month intervals![]()
) It's not silly. It's sillier not to try to maximize the performance of what u already have. You don't have to manually do it. Besides, if you defrag frequently, the next pass will be much quicker, even if you do that manually.zCexVe said:we dload it coz u have tried many[i think] and u knw which is fast and good too. these time wasters r a headache but cant live without them..
I was crazy about PerfectDisk 7 but it was not as effective and fast as Diskeeper. Sure, it does defrag better than Diskeeper, but it doesn't have a feature as i-FAAST to improve the performance.
