How send fax from Vista starter

Hi

How to send a fax from vista starter?

I have a PCI SoftV92 Data fax modem in the computer.
But print menu does not show the fax modem.
(Earlier windows 2k, xp, print menu showed fax modem).
I heared Vista starter no fax option.

Any free s/w that I can use in Vista starter to use above modem and send fax?

The name blackice seemed something associated with mallaware

Any other ideas pls ?

Sorry I could not find the fax component u mention .
Also someone told me fax is not supported in Vista Stater. Not even in Vista Home. Only in the Vista high end versions for business use has fax component.

Any 3rd party fax software used ?

   When the fax program opens, click "Tools," and in the dropdown menu select "Fax Accounts" and click on "Add" to complete the process of establishing the fax. connection.
5. Step 5
   To send a fax, select "New Fax" on the toolbar and enter a recipient and fax number when the window opens. The "To" field in the fax window is linked to addresses stored in Outlook or in the Windows Address Book so it can easily retrieve your contact's fax number and enter it in this field. Manually enter the name and number if it's not in the address book.
6. Step 6
   Enter your fax message, then hit "Send." You've sent a fax in Vista.
