How to add Pics???

Hey can anyone tell me how to post pictures in the forum??? I add them but only the links appear

put them under IMG tags

[IMG]http://www.imageshack.us/423424/mypic.jpg[/IMG]

if not press this button

and put the image URL when it popup n ask

Both do the same thing
