How to add subtitles for a film

directvobsub
then download the sub file from an appropriate website
opensub
divx etc
then rename the sub file exactly to the movie file name instead of the extension

movie file name
One Fine Day 1996 DvDrip[Eng]-greenbud1969.avi
subfile name
One Fine Day 1996 DvDrip[Eng]-greenbud1969.srt

this is the basic
but theres another thing
even if u do this
yet ur subs might be outta sync
for that when u downloading the sub
ensure that u r downloading the proper fps rate subs with the movie file u downloaded
in most subs they indicate the fps rate in the website
to see the fps rate in the movie file
go to the properties of the movie file and click on summary and see the frame rate indicative

eeta passe film eke nama hariyatama thiyana .srt file ekanam subtitle eka wada karanawa...ehema naththam .srt file eka rename karanna ona..
