how to burn cd with title

can some body tell me how to burn a Compact disk with title & artist info
you know,the kind when ya put it into a pc or car cd player it will show the info

I guess Nero has that capability machan...anyway when u burn a mp3 and when u put it in to a mp3 player which SUPPORTS showing info will show neda...dunno machan...u know i am not good in these ne....
