I have a Dial up internet connection with a CDMA line.
When I download a file from a site like rapidshare average it takes 2.5 minuts for download 1 Megabite. Earlier it was 2 minuts and I feel now it is little slow.
Modem speed is 19200 bps. and maximum speed of the connection is set as 115200 bps.
Can anyone explain me how can I determine whether my download or upload speeds are correct and what are the factors I have to consider to calculate that.
