Adding some details below for everyone's use.If it is a long term visa you have to go through the German embassy website.There are many categories, make sure to chose the correct one to book your appointments.New appointments appear in the website at 3.30AM. I have seen this on Mondays. It's better to try on other days as well.Appointments which were cancelled by others starts appearing at 3.45AM in the morning. I was able to find one by 3.47AM on the mid of the week.Appointments disappear within few seconds, because there are many people waiting to book and the fastest person to complete the form, gets it.
