theres a software called Hide Ip Platinum or something like that.

anyway if what you want is hide ur ip to browse the web, there are few options.

use something like this : http://anonymouse.org/

and, if you use firefox, google for free proxy list and find some proxies. then using firefox options, enter the proxy and surf.
