All phpBB mods has a good README that gives instructions on how to install that mod. READ the README and FOLLOW the instructions.
Each mod has its own instructions set so there is no standard method for it.

If you cant read and follow instructions, stop what you're doing and LEARN how to read and understand what it says.
Also your constant whining on managing a phpbb forum is now beginning to get irritating.

I have downloaded some mods but there isn't any readme files thats why I ask you to help me
