This is the way.....
1.Put the newspaper down on a table. Unscrew the reflector from off the flashlight. Remove the lens from inside the reflector. Put the lens down on the newspaper. Put the flashlight and the reflector down on the newspaper.
2.Use your fingers to pull off the metal cover plate from the floppy drive. Insert the utility knife into the seam between the front and back parts of the floppy drive.
3.Run the utility knife down the side of the floppy drive to separate the front and back parts. Use your fingers to pull the two parts of the floppy drive apart. Remove the magnetic disc inside and put it down on the newspaper.
4.Put the lens on the magnetic disc. Use the utility knife to cut out a circle around the lens. Use the utility knife to cut out another circle around the lens on the magnetic disc. Discard the lens
5.Insert the two cut circles of the magnetic disc into the reflector. Screw the reflector back onto the flashlight.
6.Aim the flashlight at the TV. Hold the magnifying glass in front of the flashlight. Press the button on the flashlight to send a beam of infrared light that will change the channel on the TV.
