Message: <blockquote data-quote="creed1" data-source="post: 18348787" data-attributes="member: 45736">ගොඩක් දවසකින් පස්සේ FREE උනා. අද මම කියන්න හිතුවේ LC එකක් නැතහොත් LETTER OF CREDIT එහෙමත් නැත්නම් ණයවර ලිපියක් කොහොමද OPEN කරන්නේ සහ යවන්නේ කියලා.මේකට උදාහරණයක් විදියට මගේ COMPANY එකම ගන්නම්. මුලින් ම කියන්න ඕන මම ACCOUNTS කරලත් නැහැ COMMERCE ඉගෙනගෙනත් නැහැ. මම NIBM කරනකාලේ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT වලට ඉගෙනගත්ත දේ විතරයි.  ඉතින් ලොකුපොරක් නෙවි. පරතෙරටම ඉගෙන ගත්ත උගතෙක්ට වැරදි හදන්න පුළුවන්. මම ඉතින් දන්නා විදියට කියන්නම්.LC එකක් කියන්නේ අපි කිසියම් රටක සමාගමකින් හෝ පුද්ගලයෙකුගෙන් භාණ්ඩයක් මිලදී ගන්නාවිට එම භාණ්ඩ වල වටිනාකම අදාල සමාගමට ගෙවන ක්‍රමයක්. (මේක මම දන්නා විදියට කිවුවේ) මම මේක වාහන වලට අදාලව කියන්නම්,මෙහෙම හිතමු , මගේ COMPANY එක හරහා වහනයක් ගන්නවා කියල හිතමු. එතකොට CUSTOMER ගේ REQUIREMENT එකට මම වහනයක් තෝරාගන්නවා. ඊට පසුව CUSTOMER ගේ කැමැත්ත මත මම එක මිලදී ගන්නවා.( මේකට මම පොඩි ADVANCE එකක් ගන්නවා. මොකද කේක් කනවද කේජු කනවද කියල හිතන අය  ඉන්නවනේ .  ADVANCE එක REFUNDABLE ***කොන්දේසි අදාලවේ. LIMITED MEMBERS ලාට මෙය අදාළ නොවේ!!!!!)දැන් මේ ගත්ත වාහනය ලංකාවට එවන්න ඕනනේ. කොහොමද එවන්නේ....... මේ වහනයට අපි ගත්ත මිලට වඩා වෙනම එකතුවෙනවා නැවු ගාස්තු , රක්ෂණ ගාස්තු . අපිට හිතුනු හිතුනු ගණන් එකතු කරන්න බැහැ . මේසදහා අදාල නැවු සමාගම් වලින් සම්මත ගාස්තු ක්‍රමයක් තියෙනවා. වැඩිපුර ගාස්තු වැටුනොත් රිදිගන්න රත්තරන් දෙන්න වෙනවා. මෙන්න මේකට තමයි කියන්නේ CIF කියලා.[COST INSURANCE AND FREIGHT] මුහුදින් භාණ්ඩ ප්‍රවාහනය කරන විට MARINE INSURANCE කියන එක දාගන්න ඕන.Marine insurance covers the loss or damage of ships, cargo, terminals, and any transport or cargo by which property is transferred, acquired, or held between the points of origin and final destination.දැන් මේ CIF ගත්තට පස්සේ අපි මේ වහනයට ගාස්තු ගෙවන්න ඕන. මොකද එහෙම නැතුව වාහන එවන්න බැහැ . මෙතැනදී අපිට බලපාන ප්‍රදාන දෙයක් තියෙනවා. අපි එකියන්නේ ලංකාවේ ඉන්න අපට අදාළ නීතියක් තියෙනවා. අපි භාණ්ඩ ඇනවුම් කරලා එකට අදාළ ගාස්තු අනිවාර්යෙන් ගෙවිය යුත්තේ LC එකක්ම හරහා පමණයි.[අපිට TT එහෙම නැත්නම් WIRE TRANSFER කරන්න නීතියෙන් ඉඩක් නැහැ.ඉඩක් ලැබෙන්නේ අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු සහ MEDICAL PURPOSE විතරයි යවන්න පුළුවන්.  - දැනගන්න කිවුවේ.]මෙන්න මෙතැනදී තමයි අපිට LC එක අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ. මේකේ මම සදහන් කරන්නේ වාහන ආනයනය සම්බන්ද කරුණු පමණයි.අපිට LC එකක් ජපානයට යැවීමට මිලදී ගන්නා භාණ්ඩ වලට අදාලව INVOICE එකක් අවශ්‍යයි. මෙහෙදී අදාළ සමගම විසින් මිලදී ගන්නා වෙත භාණ්ඩයේ විස්තර සහිතව (සියලුම) INVOICE එකක් එවනවා. එකට කියන්නේ. PRO - FORMA INVOICE කියලා. LC එකක් OPEN කරන්න අදාළ වෙන්නේ මෙම INVOICE එක. ඊට පසුව මෙම INVOICE එක අපේ ACCOUNTS තියෙන බැංකුවට ලබාදී INVOICE එකේ තියෙන ගානට LC එක යවනවා.බැංකුවක් මගින් LC එකක් යවන විට ගොඩක් වෙලාවට දවස් 45 හෝ 41 කට LC DATES කරන්න. මොකද මාසෙකට දැම්මොත් මොකක් හරි වෙලා SHIPMENT LATE උනොත් LC දික්කරන්න පොඩි ගානක් යනවා. ONE SHOT මෙහෙම කරන්න. අනිත් එක YEN RATE එක FIX කරලා තියන්න. මේකේ වැඩි විස්තර LC යවන OFFICER ගෙන් දැනගන්න පුළුවන්.පුළුවන්තරම් LC යවනවිට BOC සහ PEOPLE'S බැංකුව තෝරාගන්න. මේක මම පැහැදිලිවම කියන්නේ අවුරුදු 7ක අත්දැකීමෙන්. LC එක OPEN කල පසු එහි පිටපතක් EMAIL එකට ලබාගන්න. එහි COPY  එකක් බැංකුවෙන් සහතික කරලා ගන්න. පරිස්සමින් තියාගන්න මොකද වාහනය ලංකාවට අවට පස්සේ ඔනවෙනවා CLEARANCE වලට.මෙහිදී අදාළ EXPORTER ට LC එක නිදහස් වෙන්නේ. වහනය හම්බන්තොට ට ආවට පස්සේ පමණයි. තව ක්‍රමයක් තියෙනවා. එහිදී වෙන්නේ LC එක අදාළ සමාගමට යැවූ පසු ඔවුන්ට එය ලැබුණු විගස මුදල් කරගන්න පුළුවන්. මේක අවදානම්. වාහනේ එන එක SURE කරන්න බැහැ . මොකද ජපානෙත් හොරු ඉන්නවා.මම මේ සරලව කිවුවේ.  මෙන්න STEP ටික. මෙතන තියෙනවා ඔක්කොම.1. We Send proforma Invoice to you.      If you are a permit holder, make sure that you provide us with the permit number, since the invoice needs to depict this number.2. Submit proforma invoice to your bank.    Bank provide you application form. Please make sure your application form duly filled with accurate information. 3. Bank hold invoice amount and send LC (Letter of Credit) to our bank.    Bank convert invoice amount to rupees based on the exchange rate of the date you submit the form.     For Example                 Pro Forma invoice amount is JPY 100,000.00                Exchange rate 1.15                Rupee equivalent 115,000.00      Bank charges would be                LC Commission Rs. 3,000.00                SWIFT Charges Rs. 2,000.000     4. Once we get confirmation from our bank we Ship the vehicle before the date mentioned in the proforma invoice and provide necessary documents to our bank.5. Our bank send documents to your bank.6. You can collect all the documents which you need for clear vehicle from port7.
