    Dude as far as I know 386MB is the maximum amount of VGA Ram currently Intel onboard VGAs support, I assume you are experiencing low frame rates in games & Hiccups. That doesn't have anything to do with the amount of Video RAM since onboard VGAs are very slow by nature.
    Installing a separate VGA is the solution for you.. :)
