I might add something always try to read American English ,it's very easy to understand than British.(if you have a good vocabulary knowledge and remember Americans do never use hard words for casual conversations) (of course you can easily adapt later,it likes first learn C# and understand the concept and move on C++ ,approaching to C++ directly might be hard but therefore all programming languages got the same concept it may easy to move on C++ cause you have already know concept only need to know syntax,likewise British and American got almost equal Grammar and accept and Alphabet(it's same) so learning American English may build a good background to understand the British accent)
