If you register the electricity under charity it is much cheaper just 9.4 rs  and it does not have fuel surchage and a fixed charge of Rs. 240. If it is a business then you have to pay a low 21.50rs, fuel surcharge fo just 25% and a fixed charge of 240 Rs. CEB is screwing its house hold consumer to get its money by hook or crook for their incompetancies. It is wise if you are consuming more than 90 untis to change to business. There are other electricity stabilizers which are sold in the market to plug it into the the wall point too to reduce electricity consumption. It is a wise choice if you switch from Residencial Bill to Business. People are always into Business. </blockquote>
