How to Reduce the Shutdown Time..(nice Tip)

Got Start -> Run -> and type "Regedit"

Now in Registry Editor Go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control

In Left penal you can see "WaitToKillServiceTimeout"

change the String value to 5000 or 3000 (default is 20000)

(Its risky to change the value below 3000)

--- to Check is this working fine ---

Just open Verity's of software in your PC
Ex:word,excel.PPoint,nero,winamp,IE,FFox,IDM,Photoshop,CorelDraw,Yahoo messanger,VLC, Etc Etc........

And now shutdown the computer while software's are open...now you can see the difference..
