People think they are screwed by ISP fair user policy.

I say it not wise to say that. Get a connection . Download every thing to their limit. Dissconnect the line . Get a new one. Do the same . Switch ISPs screw all of them . Best yet some of the ISPs are giving refundable deposit.

Cheaters will be cheated . This is war with consumers.
