How to Search For sinhala Song - Tips

• I ve seen lot of members asking for songs in EK help, for sinhala songs Which are uploaded in EK several times

Some members Do Search for Songs & Failed to locate live links...( some never search before asking )..& EK search not always helpful for desperate ..
I ve helped many in finding songs in EK ( but I rarely upload songs cos I have limited internet connection )
Thats why I thought to share the art of searching with others

• remember Ek is the largest reservoir for sinhala songs & loads of songs added to it in various threads...
  
• I prefer Google for searching songs rather than EK search simply because even you misspell Google will find you the correct file with Suggestion.
  

Search Google

song title + Elakiri

example :

Sanda Oba mage elakiri

As words Like 'Sanda' is common..to short list Add Artist name (if you know)

song title + Elakiri+ artist

Sanda Oba mage elakiri Athula:P

If the song is a common one ~90% chance that you will not miss the correct post .

or you can use

[URL="http://www.ekgo.tk/"]www.ekgo.tk[/URL]

which is Elakiri search engine of

(there is a option Show more results from www.elakiri.com this too will be useful)

Most songs are uploaded to Mediafire ,Sendspase, rapidshare Or 4shared hosting sites if you are unlucky give a try

song title + mediafire

song title + 4shared

ex:

oba themeyi mediafire

or search the song in google along with the .mp3 keyword at the end( best method to find English & commoner Songs)

  songname.mp3

If you still unlucky click SL OLD HIT SONGS Add Here & by 99% somebody will help you to find your song ( even new hits)..

Give yourself a try..before requesting..

anyhow the easiest method is to search a certain song in google along with the .mp3 keyword at the end there's a chance of more than 90% you get a good result from ElaKiri then

songname.mp3

and also you can use www.ekgo.tk which is a search engine created for EK posts searching, you can get good results from that too.. try it out next time
