How to speedup utorrent?

Can anybody tell me are there any way to speedup utorrent downloading "Pieces"? My torrent downloading all pieces mode slow!

if you have got a good torrent file...then it's the only way...i mean the main way....
settings can be changed but not very much effective....

if u r using router 4 connecting to the net
try port forwarding it ill work
