We need the support of Iraq and Syrian . We can make dams like 3 gorges like in china where the ship is lifted fro m seabed to river with gates. So ships from Indian ocean can travel to Mediterranean bypass the Red sea. Or need to make an artificial river or sea to connect Red seat to Arabian Gulf . In north of Saudi.
