How to tank and crash US Dollar and Make Rupee stronger!

First of all Central Bank should start believing in Rupees and stop storing US Dollar as reserve. They should store Gold and other trading currencies of this country not other countries. All our imports are not oil. Sri Lanka should ask physical gold for our exports. Sri Lanka should join Chinese digital currency. Sri lanka should give physical gold for our imports too. Sri lankan rupee should be pegged to gold and no money printing allowed. Since currency is pegged to gold zero interest rate should be fixed.
