I have talked with people.
Some people said do not write an Objective or self boasting Para nobody ever read it. But on the other hand I saw some people want to read it and check the person can find themselves.
Someone likes to check about hobbies and extra curricular activities but others not.
A manager told me first thing he looks is the living place of the candidate.
Another one said he checked the school.
A foreigner mentioned that put your work experience more not other details.
