where can i get Huawei E220 modem? When I call dialog/mobitel they say it's out of stock !

If I'm buying it from 3'rd party person what things do i have to look? are there any defect modems(as a result of unlocking) in the market which i have to be careful ?

will Mobitel give only the data sim ??
