The biggest site which you could make them for free closed down in 2002. But an active fan group seems to have taken up the challenge again and re-opened the portal with a new website.So what you see in that web page is really really RETRO stuff, almost what the birth of Internet looked like and the begining of "Online_Avatars"I was looking for a profile picture to add here when I stumbled on that page again a long time. So thought of sharing it with you guys / girls</blockquote>
