This was costly and uneffective. So scientists took the code of DNA responsible for making insuling in normal people and implanted it in the e-choli bacterias DNA.So the e-coli bacteria now produses the insuline that we can use.The pig experiment is just taking this one step further.Don't worrie there wouldn't be human pig hybrids.Good Luck to those Scientist working hard to make this world a better place.</blockquote>
