Good thread in Pro section.
Anyway machan as i think we need someone like Delon in international arena to make our sound in the same style which MIA used to promote terrorism or so called freedom fighting.
Delon may be trying to promote him self rapping about the war and terrorism but at the end fo the day he is transferring the truth to the international audience.

Now tons of people around the world who are fans of MIA are curious about the truth, They wanna know whatz happening.. whatz the truth...
They also asking MIA about this. She had to talk to media about this. So that means Delon did his job well.
Due to this people will get to know more truth about LTTE. What they are doing in srilanka and what they say in western countries while they collect money.
So this is a nice chance to show what LTTE doing in SL to the international audience. Showing the truth about MIA as a terrorist has no gains. But using that we are promoting what LTTE doing in sri lanka to the international audience! Thats what worth millions!

What he did wasn't wrong. But the approach he took was wrong machang.

Why should he use MIA and many other Internet users to gain his objective?

What he did was just targeting a popular person (MIA) and used her popularity to gain popularity. That's how I see it.

And you know very clearly that nowadays the best method to become popular is by doing something controversial.

And what is the ultimate outcome of the whole thing? Will the international community come forward and tell LTTE is bad and stop all the fund raising activities? No..

This was just a huge drama by DeLon which used online patriots to become a patriot he himself. As a result he indirectly promoted MIA's paper planes which is now on top on Billboard charts.

Western countries know what LTTE is machang. But it won't stop their fund raising... It's a matter of life and death... Other target high profile western country bodies won't see this YouTube video anyway. Then DeLon should do something unique which tells the world about LTTE without making a Diss and using internet users to upload it again and again which is illegal and a violation of intellectual rights.
