If you can't get out of the country maybe you can find some support groups online that are specifically for sri lankans. Know that you are ok, nothing is wrong with you. There is no need to kill yourself because of it. Ive been there, if you kill yourself you are selling yourself short, the next day even you might find something to turn your life around, your family will miss you and so will your friends.
