I got the CPU to 97C in BIOS and PC shut off. Was running Prime95 to test the undervolt, and the temps actually went way over the ceiling.

FYI, Prime95 now supports multithreaded stress testing. You don't need to run two instances anymore.

So, what was the cause? Actually the dust + mobo. It's mobo's fault showing wrong temps! But it's dust's fault to cover the whole heatsink LOL

You people need to clean up the HSF once in a while.

Now the fan doesn't blow at full speed. (Before it used to do 2700RPM constantly, now only 1700RPM) It's easier to work because it is not noisy.
