All axio's are equipped with 14x series engines and 90% of axios bought here have 1.5 liter engines so they are under the 141 number. They are actually not that fuel efficient as the 121 engine. Also axio = corolla. no difference. If you are not sure go and ask from an importer or a good mechanic.Normally a 121 does nearly 19K in the long run and 16k in the city. Also all toyota corolla engines from 1996 are equipped with VVT-i technology.

yes true........
AXIO is a bit less fuel efficient compared to 121 coz it is larger n heavier..... but still d AXIO does 12-14 km/l...... (which i consider as fuel efficient )
but d corolla 141 (which came as brand new) has a 1.6 liter engine n that u can call NOT fuel efficient........:cool::cool:

I am working in North America. I bought Corolla 2009 CE, it cost me $ 22,000. with the tax. But here got some problems, so far my car recalled 2 times. to fixed the acc.pedal problem. If drive the car for a longer period, pedal get stuck, they changed the acc. pedal and driver side floor mat.
