I bought a Dialog Unlimited Broadband.Great speeds.But!

Monthly rental of Rs. 2,990/- will be charged (Exclusive of Tax)

But
My rental will be Rs1500.
Got it for a campus ID.

But cant download
Rapidshare,megaupload free section.

It says my IP has reach the limit for the day.I think dialog is supplying the same IP for all.If i use a account then it is no prob.

Do you know how to avoid this ip problem.
Coz i cant use free download FROM RAPIDSHARE.

i dont think u can use same IP for a group of people.. but the connection must be static ip.. have to tried any IP changing softwares?
