You will have to change the IP address to avoid that waiting time. If you have dynamic IP you can do it by, openning the command prompt (type cmd in Start>Run) and typing the following commands one by one:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

That should work, but weirdly not for me, I had to reboot my router (another option if you are using a home router).
