i got it 1 yeah back macho.....Got it cause itz unique hehe.......Huge temp diffference though.....Idle 55C Air n 33Cwater........

Put the issues aside for a moment.Paint it ASAP.In two weeks I guarantee you will see corrosion. Those cheap bastards sell us cheap stuff. Can’t help it.Have to work your ass off to find a cheap good metal casing or have to pay your monthly salary for a one.
There are few probs in your mod.
If you live in a house which have geckos, roaches and ants(I do) you my dear,is in trouble. Needless to say ,once those cheap tiny bastard ants ate my old HDDs’ rubber. Work it out.

Considering the paint.
TOA sparay-Excellent in metallic.Normal paint is mid between gloss and matte.375 for normal 540 for metallic.Have like 30 mins between coats.two coats will be more than enough
Leyland-Like matte.Cheap.Has a bit more thinner in them.Cheap.Never paint things in vertical.
Bosny - 390 per a can. Has more thinner in them.Cheap.NEVER paint things in vertical.Have a high gloss look.Less paint in can As I feel.
Duco autocolor-My fav.500 mL of metallic which is the lowest amount you get, will cost you 750 Rs.Have to use a spray gun.Can paint a case with 1:1.5 mixed thinner for 3 coats on a bit large casing.Remeber you need a considerably hot environment and no water coming thorugh the compresser.Makes you loose that metallic shine.I lost Of course We had fun painting neighbouring girls’ skirt a bit(where we painted)(She has a tight butt )Enough paint to do crazy stuff too.
3M-Check your pocket.Almost no cons.
TOYO-Hard to find.Great.
Lacquer spray-That’s what we do with that spray cans.This is manual.Try at your own settings.And appy the best.
