Since she has left you she can only get a divorce if she can prove that you have a sexual relationship with naother woman (Adultery) because all other grounds seem not applicable in this case. However child being a girl, court is very likely to give her to the mother but you can demand that you are given chance to meet her regularly. In any case, if you do not want get divorced, then it will become a lengthy legal battle and it may take many years to get a decision.</blockquote>
