He has got a voucher for a room in down south hotel for two days.

The basis is bed & breakfast basis.

What does this mean "bed & breakfast" ?

I think it's room & the breakfast only.

Pls tell me whether I'm correct or not.

EK guys involved in hotel industry will know.
