Ideabeam eke sellersla softlogic phones eeta godak aduwen softlogic warranty ekka denne kohomada? eka genuine softlogic warranty da nathnam boru da?

But then the Ideabeam guys are advertising Singer warranty. What could be the reason?I think their price tags are different because, if the prices were same, resellers would have far less sales since people will tend to buy only from the agent (given their availability)
FYI, Singer is not the agent of Huawei in Sri Lanka. Singer was the agent, but now Huawei itself is the agent in Sri Lanka. Other sellers including Singer, are resellers/distributors..

They mention Singer by name. Check this out. https://www.ideabeam.com/mobile/huawei-y3-2018-price.htmlThey just mention it as "1 Year Company Warranty" right? I don't know about other devices, I just checked only the Nova 3i page of Ideabeam..

Yeah I'm a content writer on FiverrI am not sure about that. Did you call the sellers and ask?
Most of these sellers are based in Liberty Plaza and you may visit/call them yourself to find out about their specific warranty policies.
AFAIK, Huawei itself operates its service centres and marketing operations in Sri Lanka.
By the way, you are a content writer at Fiverr, right?
My advice is that you should have a look at the device lineup of Xiaomi.. It's the best bang for your buck![]()
Guess you're on Fiverr too?Yeah I'm a content writer on FiverrGuess you're on Fiverr too?
No honestly I will never buy from those guys if I'm not 100% sure about it. Xiaomi was my first choice but I'm not sure where to buy it with confidence. I can buy on Ali or something but then that last step... TRC, import duty, filling out forms, that drives me crazy.
I don't think they would give me a straight/honest answer if I call them, or even if I go there. Looking at their different offers (by the same seller) with seller warranty, company warranty, 1 year, 2 years, etc etc, I can only conclude that there's something going on underneath.

So you are much senior on Fiverr. I started somewhere in March and it has been a fair journey so far. Also I got some outside contracts through Fiverr - basically after several assignments they ask me if I would like to work outside FiverrYes, I have been offering writing services on Fiverr since 2013. But now my focus is largely on a different set of services. But still, I enjoy writing whenever the opportunity arises
Specifications and durability wise, Xiaomi is excellent in many aspects and I have been using my Xiaomi Mi 5 for almost 2 years now. I bought it from geekbuying and it was a hassle free process since the phone was delivered to my doorstep through the default mail. I bought three Xiaomi devices through gedkbuying and all phones were delivered without any issue.
But yeah, there is always an element of risk if you are going to buy it from an online seller, be it Ali or any other seller.
What I have realized recently is that, currently there is a bunch of sellers who sell SEALED PACK at or around the same price tag you get at AliExpress...If it's a sealed pack unit, you will almost never come across an issue within the warranty period of 1 year unless your luck is way out of your league
You can join Xiaomi Fans Sri Lanka Facebook Group to find out about its set of trusted sellers. The biggest advantage is that you don't have to worry about the tiresome TRC process when buying through a SL based seller. You may also use a shipping service like DHL when buying from Ali where it is said that they clear the tax charges of your phone on your behalf and all you have to do is to pay them the tax duties, which is on the lower side.
And I have bought Huawei phones from Liberty Plaza based shops for my friends and all of those units were in sealed pack condition..Further, all those devices came with company warranty card. So I don't think that there would be an issue.
Your choice![]()

Long ago my hobby was to buy used phones from ebay, use them a month or so, and then sell with a profit. But now it's not possible with the zillion new models released everyday. Anyway I must check out Xiaomi at Liberty and Unity. Maybe that's where my new phone is waiting for me![]()
