I don't think he can afford an LCD or those Audigy cards. If he can, they are the better choices of course. I was trying to stick with his budget, but it seems even my estimations were a little over his 65000 mark. 80000 should be a good price to aim at. Also, you should be lucky to find a place where they sell the case without the power supply. Most shops don't do that :( I had to buy the power supply and the case together, and hook up my old, better power supply on the new PC and move the newer power supply to the old PC (for dad). Yeah, you should not go cheap on the keyboard/mouse/monitor because those are the parts you interact with. No point having a super fast computer if you can't even type a letter without your hands/fingers starting to ache. I used to buy cheap, and had to replace my mouse three times. Then I spent some money and bought a viewsonic optical mouse and it's very nice. However, I'm still having trouble with mouse pads. None work for me. Only half sheet papers (pasted on the desk) have done the job. The problem there is that you have to constantly replace them as they get brown very quickly (think you know what I mean ;))
