If you ever miss something, just let it be there and move on to the next and keep going on..And always we MUST be confident that we can do the best out there. If we lack that confidence, you will always be worried during the exam and will automatically, without even knowing loose time for no reason.And the things that you must practice is for the reading and writing. Specially in academic setion. Should be able to do well in scanning and skipping. And also the essay writing must be practiced well.And during the exam, I kept my watch in a place where I can easily see and I did not spent even a minute more than the given time for each section. The trick in any exam is to touch and answer everything you can.
