Is it possible to not to hire people from science and IT backgrounds for companies like google, microsoft, intel ? Hell NO man ! They can't , research well, they have those titles. There are so smart people out there who can say 1243*234 = ? calculated from mind, who can just go through a software and find 10 security bugs within one hour. Those specialists and experts will be out there in the garage if Future 500 didn't hire them , they don't need genius garage backyard kids. So companies will adopt and find some way to hire them and create new titles.</blockquote>
