Google search engine don't like duplicate contents. If someone copied your blog, articles (full or little) you are ranking reduce, because of duplicate content.
Google don't know how is the original author and who is the scrapper.
At that time, you can report that issue to Google DMCA and then, Google will check that issue and they will remove that scrap work in their search engine.

මම හිතන්නෙ Google webmaster tool එකත් මෙකට ගව ගන්න ව ඇති. මම අද complain 31 ක් දැම්ම බලමු මොකද වෙන්නෙ කියල. මිට කලින් දාපු complain Google එකෙන් බලන්න කලින් copy කරපු උන් ට warring දුනට පස්සෙ remove කරා. ඒ හින්ද හරියටම මොකද වෙන්නෙ කියල තාම දන්නෙ නෑ.

Google DMCA team එකෙන් හොදට වැඩෙ කරනව බං බය වෙන්න එපා. මම submit කරල පැය 9 ක් යන්න ඉසරල මට email එකක් අව අර articles ඔකොම completely remove කරනව කියල.
