First allow companies to register their business names in English. Because of barrier to block investment in this country Business Registration is doing.Most who studied abroad and want to invest in Sri Lanka do not know Tamil or Sinhalese. English is compulsory for doing international business. That is why Rwanda ,Andra-pradesh, Singapore are using it as primary language. Most scientific papers are in English, Air traffic is in English, Internet is in English, Programming languages are in English. Only Racist lunatics do not understand.
Secondly We need one stop shop for registration. Export License,Import License, Customs, Inland Revenue registration,Trade Mark,Central Bank,(District Secretariat)Grama-sevaka ,including Notaris etc. Should be in one building.They should also accept registration online also,including payment in debit or credit card.
Thirdly government should allow more payment online portals other than crook Banks which charge heavy fees.
